This cake was made for a friend of mine who's father is in love with Poker and casino games. Again, everything you see here is edible including the dice, cards, and poker chips. The cards, dice and poker chips were handmade with fondant, as with the poker table. The 'felt' table top was done with green coarse sugar for the shiney felty texture. The inscription on the front of the cake reads "Happy Birthday" in Farsi. (June 2006)
